Our History
Kon K'lma Fishing Charter is a local fishing and snorkeling experience business established in 2004. We have been serving visitors to Puerto Rico for over 19 years providing great inshore and offshore fishing experience in our private boat. We are a Family Business located on the east coast of Puerto Rico at Villa Pesquera SunBay (Fishing Dock), in Fajardo.
Our mission is to provide an incredible fishing and snorkeling adventure unlike anything you’ve ever experienced during your visit to Puerto Rico. We provide private fishing charters for trolling, bottom fishing, jigging, snorkel and more!

Meet Our Crew
Your fishing guide, Captain Andy de Jesús, started fishing with his father when he was a child. Born in Fajardo on the east side of Puerto Rico. His dad got him hooked on angling and he hasn’t stopped ever since.
He has fished all over Puerto Rico, both as a commercial angler and as a fishing charter guide. Also, he knows a variety of good spots, as well as the secret spots, to make sure you have a great day on the water. US Coast Guard Licensed and Fishing License. He specializes in a variety of fishing techniques including light tackle, big game, bottom fishing and a variety of other fishing techniques.
He has passed the family fishing tradition to his daughter Captain Shesla de Jesús with vast experience in fishing. A fourth-generation commercial fisherwoman and boat builder. Fishing has been her passion and lifestyle ever since she was a kid.
She has been working/running with her father for the last 8 years in their fishing charter business, Konk’lma. US Coast Guard 25 ton captain license. She loves all types of fishing, but deep sea fishing, commercial fishing and light tackle are her favorites.
Together (father & daughter), they form your Captain and Crew for your unique day of fishing in Fajardo, PR.

Kon K'lma Fishing Charter
Captain Andy and Captain Shesla invite you to come onboard their 35 foot Bruno Stillman (Commercial) Fishing Boat originally built in 1978 and restored in 2013. Powered by a 210 HP Detroit engine, with a maximum cruising speed of 12 knots. Length: 35 ft. Capacity: 6 persons
Our private fishing boat can easily handle 6 anglers fishing at the same time, without bumping into each other when chasing the bite. Equipped with the usual selection of navigational electronics such as GPS, radio and Fishfinder. The vessel also has a toilet on board, and is outfitted with a fighting chair for handling the bigger game fish. It has a maximum capacity for 6 fishermen per fishing trip.
Our boat is fully permitted with the US Coast Guard as well as the Puerto Rico government entities.
